We hope you love your new bedding, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unwashed items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached

• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return

• Returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If the return is due to a defect, please include photos with your message.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Gift Returns
If you received a gift from Crane Home and would like to return it, you may do so within 60 days of the original purchase. You’ll receive a store credit to use toward any future Crane Home order.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to deny a refund and return the item to the customer at their expense.

Shipping Information

We currently ship to the continental United States (lower 48 states).  Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

• Orders over $200 ship free

• Orders under $200 will be charged a flat rate of $7.99

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
